Why we exist

Most apps optimize for engagement. We optimize for adherence to a plan—clear blocks, visible fatigue context, and coaches who can explain the next four weeks in one paragraph.

PULSE started as a side project between competitive lifters who were tired of spreadsheets, DMs, and “just trust me” intensity without structure.

How we build

Load is a language

Sets, reps, and RPE are useless without context. We surface trends so coaches and athletes speak the same dialect.

Sleep, steps, and subjective readiness are inputs—not afterthoughts bolted onto a spreadsheet.

Peer energy without the chaos: curated threads, coach presence, and zero algorithmic doom-scroll.

The methodology

PULSE is built around blocks you can repeat: clear volume prescriptions, fatigue context, and coach notes that reference last week—not vibes. We bias toward adherence, not novelty for its own sake.

What you skip when you train with structure:
