Devices are optional; discipline is not. When you connect wearables, we keep the surface area small: nightly sync, conflict resolution when sessions overlap, and coach-visible annotations when you override an automated readiness score.

Recovery is not a side app

Sleep duration, wake events, and morning HRV-style proxies roll into the same weekly review as your barbell work—so “I feel fine” and “the watch disagrees” both get a fair sentence in programming notes.

Privacy defaults

You choose which streams sync. Location and microphone data never enter PULSE for wearables ingestion. Delete device connections anytime; historical summaries anonymize after export windows you control.
